# Text Messaging Program: Terms & Privacy

## Program Overview

By opting into Talent Pronto’s text messaging program, you agree to receive general conversational messages (answering your questions and providing support related to your job search and applications) via SMS to the mobile number you provided.

## Consent & Opt-Out

**Consent:** By checking the opt-in box and confirming your subscription, you consent to receive automated text messages from Talent Pronto. Consent is not required to apply for jobs through our platform.

**Opt-Out:** Reply STOP or CANCEL to opt out. You’ll receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe.

## Message Details

**Message types:** You may receive job application updates, interview reminders, other hiring-related notifications, and account or support messages (including responses to questions you send us).

**Frequency:** Message frequency varies based on your application activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during active job searches.

**Cost:** Message and data rates may apply per your carrier’s plan.

**Carriers:** Available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

## Information We Collect & Use

We collect and store your mobile phone number, opt-in/opt-out preferences, and message delivery data. We use this information to send you job-related notifications and updates, and to comply with legal requirements.

## Data Sharing

We do not sell your phone number. We share it only with:

- **Messaging service providers** (like Twilio) who deliver our texts
- **Healthcare employers** when necessary for your active hiring process
- **Legal authorities** when required by law

Mobile information and data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Sharing is limited to service providers and other parties only as necessary to operate our messaging service, support your hiring process, or comply with law.

We do not transfer, share, disclose, or provide consumer SMS registration data to any external organizations under any circumstances, even with user consent, except where strictly required by law.

Access controls, encryption, and internal policies are used to prevent unauthorized sharing.

## Data Security & Retention

We protect your data with encryption and access controls. We retain your phone number while your account is active and for 2 years after opt-out for compliance purposes.

## Your Rights

You may opt out anytime, access your data, request corrections, or request deletion (subject to legal requirements). We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintain records of all consents.

## Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes via text or email.
