As Secretary of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration, she oversaw the state's Medicaid program, regulated healthcare facilities, and led health IT initiatives. As EVP at Centene Corporation, she managed a $1B+ portfolio of entrepreneurial provider organizations and HealthTech acquisitions. Holly has seen firsthand how hiring challenges impact care delivery and understands what healthcare employers need because she's lived it. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Florida College of Law.
